born and raised in miami with cuban roots, cecile’s journey has been one of learning, unlearning and coming home to herself. for years, she moved through life with a polished facade trying to appear all-knowing, always composed and untouched by vulnerability. eventually, that armor got too heavy. letting it go became the real breakthrough.

through her own healing (and with the help of brené brown), cecile has reconnected with joy, play and what it means to show up fully as herself. no more pretending, no more proving. just honesty and heart. she believes real connection starts when we drop the act and get honest about who we are and what we’ve been through.

today, cecile’s focus is simple: keep growing, stay open and help others feel safe doing the same. whether it’s through conversation, community or holding space, she allows for people to be seen and feel supported.
